Thomas Bohr
President
Thomas manages and executes the company structure, growth and development, and oversees stabilization of all new communities. Tom excels in structuring a stable business foundation, corporate reorganization, problem recognition and resolution, grooming a positive and high energy culture, growth, development, leadership and the management of multiple businesses both day to day and globally. He received his undergraduate degree with honors in Business Management and Marketing at The Wright State University in 2002 and his MBA from The Cleveland State University in 2004.
Brian Bartunek
Chief Financial Officer
Brian joined the company in April 2017 after five years as a Regional Controller at a parking company. Prior to that, Brian was the Regional Accounting Manager at a healthcare company. Brian graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (1996) and a Master’s degree in Accountancy (2001) from the University of Akron with a short stint in the U.S. Army in between. He is a lifelong and proud resident of the Cleveland area.
Brad Erdman
Vice President
Brad has over 20 years of extensive experience in Project Management, purchasing, and operations. He has a proven track record in leading and executing projects that partner sales, marketing, and purchasing to achieve operational excellence. Adept in analyzing needs, driving sales, presenting solutions, building consensus, and supporting the Management team in navigating the challenges that accompany change and growth. Brad is PMP certified and a Journeyman from Cleveland Local #5.
Jeannette Gonzalez
Director of Operations
Jeannette brings over seventeen years of experience in property management. Her accomplishments, tenure, and experience demonstrate a proven track record of success in carrying out the organization’s strategic objectives in lease-ups, rehab management, revenue growth, implementation, team building, and overall operational goal. She is an intrinsically motivated individual who actively seeks new challenges and measures her achievements through her team’s accomplishments.
Michael Suchora
Senior Accountant
Michael has worked in the accounting field since 1992. He has experience working in public accounting as well as in the securities brokerage industry. In 2009, Michael joined the company and has been providing property level accounting and financial analysis on the portfolio of assets for internal and external reporting. He received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University in 1992 and his Masters Degree in Taxation from Florida Atlantic University in 2000.
Greg Henderson
IT Director
Greg has been working as an IT professional since 1989, and currently specializes in Linux and Windows server platforms. He maintains server, network, time keeping, PC, Apple, business phone and security equipment for companies using a combination of developed methods and popular services.
Faith Wieder
Marketing Director
Faith has over 15 years of marketing experience, with a focus in the residential development, construction, and themed entertainment sectors for the last 10 years. Her attention to detail is exceptional; from concept to final execution of each project, she builds and nurtures long-lasting relationships with colleagues and clients. Faith excels through setting a foundation of strong organizational standards which drives the utility and virtue of her creative teams.
Albert Gonzalez
Regional Manager
Albert Gonzalez joined NM Residential in April of 2021 as Regional Manager. Albert possesses over twenty years of multi-family property management experience which includes conventional, student, and value-add assets. He has experience with acquisitions and dispositions, renovation projects and new construction lease-ups. Prior to joining the NM Residential team, Albert was the Director of Operations for Anchor Investments West. There he managed a diverse portfolio of communities.
Crystol Jackson
Regional Manager
Crystol has been with NM Residential for over 15 years. She currently serves as the Regional Property Manager for our Cleveland, OH properties. Having graduated from the Ohio Business College – Real Estate, she thrives as a steadfast leader, mentor, and coordinator with a history of steering improvement projects, building and guiding top-performing teams, and optimizing internal operations. She ensures profitability through oversight in multi-family housing operations by cultivating and supporting tenant relationships leading to high occupancy rates, minimal turnover, and renewal of long-term leases. Her energy is engaging, nurturing strong co-employee and vendor relations.
