We have the capability to assist in the closeout of construction. From reviewing and documenting warranties to creating and maintaining punch lists, we are uniquely positioned to help.
Project Management
We maintain a working set of project documents, manage issues that require owner input and make recommendations that support the owner’s goals. Our services include oversight of RFI’s, submittals and Change Orders.

Nvision Construction
NVision Construction was established in 2009 as a subsidiary of NVision Development Services and has a track record of happy customers. We are well rounded in all aspects of real estate and understand much more than just construction, providing stakeholders with a smooth process, from acquisition to completion. From inception, NVision Construction has managed projects from West Palm Beach to Clearwater Florida. Most recently, NVision Construction’s focus has been on the “value add” renovations of related projects, with a focus on upgrades to drive rents and add value to ‘family’ assets.

- The Paragon School (Orlando, FL) – $1 million+ renovation of a 1950’s church conversion to a school for children with high functioning Autism. Opened July 2015.
- Seminole and Osceola County NSP (Central Florida) – Renovation of over 70 single family homes for purchase by income qualified buyers.
- Various 203(k) and HomePath renovation projects – Since 2009, we have assisted multiple families with the process of purchasing and renovating their dream home.
