Brian holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Akron and served briefly in the U.S. Army. Deeply rooted in Cleveland, he embodies lifelong dedication to his community while guiding our organization to unparalleled success through strategic vision and unwavering commitment to financial stewardship.

Certified in Real Estate Specialist, Operations Support Specialist, Certified Apartment Manager, and Facilitator Trainer, Dania is currently pursuing her CAPS license. She values teamwork and leadership, shaping everyday through positive interactions and collaborative spirit. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, cross-fit, and culinary adventures. Michael has worked in the accounting field since 1992. He has experience working in public accounting as well as in the securities brokerage industry. In 2009, Michael joined the company and has been providing property level accounting and financial analysis on the portfolio of assets for internal and external reporting. He received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University in 1992 and his Masters Degree in Taxation from Florida Atlantic University in 2000.

Outside of work, Laura is passionately involved with Pit Crew pit bull and animal rescue in Lorain, Ohio, and embraces holistic wellness practices that reflect her compassionate and balanced approach to life.
