Thomas Bohr

Thomas Bohr

President

Thomas manages and executes the company structure, growth and development, and oversees stabilization of all new communities. Tom excels in structuring a stable business foundation, corporate reorganization, problem recognition and resolution, grooming a positive and high energy culture, growth, development, leadership and the management of multiple businesses both day to day and globally. He received his undergraduate degree with honors in Business Management and Marketing at The Wright State University in 2002 and his MBA from The Cleveland State University in 2004.

Shawn Whiteman

Vice President

Shawn has been involved in multifamily management since 1992. With a background in finance brokerage, insurance analysis, sales, marketing and site development, Shawn has developed innovative policies to remain ahead of the curve.

Brian Bartunek

Chief Financial Officer

Brian joined the company in April 2017 after five years as a Regional Controller at a parking company. Prior to that, Brian was the Regional Accounting Manager at a healthcare company. Brian graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (1996) and a Master’s degree in Accountancy (2001) from the University of Akron with a short stint in the U.S. Army in between. He is a lifelong and proud resident of the Cleveland area.

Greg Henderson

IT Director

Greg has been working as an IT professional since 1989, and currently specializes in Linux and Windows server platforms. He maintains server, network, time keeping, PC, Apple, business phone and security equipment for companies using a combination of developed methods and popular services.

Leeann Schaefer

HR Director

LeeAnn has  over 20 years of experience specializing in recruitment and retention, training and development, all aspects of benefits, legal compliance, policies and procedures, payroll and strategic planning. She has demonstrated success in negotiating win-win compromises, participating in developing team building programs, writing handbooks, policies and procedures, and job descriptions. LeeAnn enjoys the daily interactions with her fellow employees, as well as helping them grow and develop their skills to be successful in their positions.

Nicole Vogt

Marketing Director

Nicole is a seasoned Marketing Director with over a decade of experience. She’s worked at some of New York’s top firms in the industry. Nicole focuses on design, marketing strategy, campaign execution and resident retention. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a focus on Graphic Design and a Minor in Art History from Adelphi University.

Donna Wilkenfield

Marketing Outreach Coordinator

Donna oversees all of NM’s events and professional outreach development programs along with property performance analyzation. Prior to NM Residential, Donna served as Area and Regional Manager for several management companies throughout the south, including US Residential and Lighthouse Residential. Donna holds a CAM and a HCCP designation. 

Audrey Sampson

Operations Coordinator

Audrey has been with NM Residential for close to four years, and was instrumental in planting the company in the Florida market. She brings her educational background of a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational and Interpersonal Communication to the company. Her role as Operations Coordinator encompasses many different job responsibilities with her being the face of the company as well as working behind the scenes to help ensure the properties run smoothly.
