Development Management

NVISION DEVELOPMENT

Founded in 2006 and based out of Orlando, Nvision Development Services is a full-service real estate development firm with experience developing almost all asset classes, having been involved in the development of more than $1 billion in projects.

Complete Market Research & Due Diligence

Through our involvement in almost $1 billion in projects, Nvision prides itself on its ability to weigh the macro-economics that drive and support the demand for the real estate. Just as important as understanding the demand drivers for a potential project is understanding what your competition is doing.

Management of Design Process

Nvision’s capabilities include design coordination and oversight. This process leads to cost-efficient designs and a quality product for contractor’s to work from. We bridge the gap between our clients and their consultants, always acting in the owner’s best interest.

Navigating & Securing Entitlements

Nvision adds value to our clients through our ability to navigate the entitlement process in a constantly evolving regulatory environment. Our ability to work with consultants to mitigate permitting and land use issues helps to keep our client’s projects on budget and on schedule.

Value Engineering

Projects frequently run into budgetary challenges when looking for financing. Nvision’s experience in the development industry allows us to methodically analyze construction budgets and identify budgetary misses. From there, we can identify where line items can be reduced without taking away from the project.

Proforma Creation & Management

Nvision prides itself on our ability to create development budgets, create proformas and develop deal structures for our clients. We know what lenders want to see when looking at a deal and we leverage that experience to help our clients secure equity and debt funding.
