Projects frequently run into budgetary challenges when looking for financing. Nvision’s experience in the development industry allows us to methodically analyze construction budgets and identify budgetary misses. From there, we can identify where line items can be reduced without taking away from the project.

Nvision prides itself on our ability to create development budgets, create proformas and develop deal structures for our clients. We know what lenders want to see when looking at a deal and we leverage that experience to help our clients secure equity and debt funding.

Development Management Team
Matthew McWilliams
Director of Development
Matthew oversees over $200 million in development throughout Central Florida, including multifamily, independent living, assisted living, hotel, value, and commercial projects. Prior to joining Nvision, Matthew worked at Gardner Capital working primarily on multifamily Low-Income Housing Tax Credit developments. Matthew graduated from the University of Central Florida with Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate.
Collin Hill
Director of Development
Collin oversees every phase of our projects from site evaluation, market feasibility assessments, and financial analysis through construction management and project turnover. He is currently focused on the development of multifamily, student-housing, and commercial assets, actively managing over $100 million of new construction, and working on the planning for the future project, the Aspen at Maitland. Collin graduated from the University of Central Florida, where he earned a degree in Real Estate.
Teri McCook
Chief Financial Officer
Teri serves Nvision Development, Nvision Construction and Nvision Real Estate with respect to client billing, accounting, insurance, cash-flow management, financial reporting, human resources and banking. Prior to joining Nvision, she was Director of Accounting for a large private insurance brokerage company overseeing a team of 40. Teri graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree and earned her CPA shortly after.
Natalia Goldenberg
Operations Coordinator
Natalia is responsible for managing $65 million in development projects across the portfolio, as well as private equity financing and the real estate brokerage division. Prior to Nvision, Natalia was an entrepreneur in the healthtech space. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Global Business from the University of Southern California.
Renese Johnson
Development Manager
Renese currently oversees a mix of multifamily, senior living, and retail projects both within Nvision’s development and construction division. Her work spans across Central Florida with capital budgets ranging from $1 to $50 million. Prior to work at Nvision, Renese spent 15 years serving as a project manager and senior advisor on a diverse portfolio of assets situated across the globe. She holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, as well as her Project Management Certification (PMP).
Austin Bustamante
Development Manager
Austin currently manages a variety of projects including Arya, Summerhouse Apartments in Apopka, and the Lake Nona AFL project. Prior to joining Nvision, Austin worked as a project manager for Lockheed Martin, as well as a regional commercial development firm based in Orlando. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Real Estate.
Brittany Eveler
Development Manager
Brittany leads all aspects of the project life cycle including design, finance, construction, and project turnover. She is currently responsible for managing over $150 million of multi-family, student housing, and retail buildings spread throughout the development stages. Before joining Nvision, Brittany worked on themed entertainment and hospitality projects for BRE Hotels & Resorts and Patina Restaurant Group. She graduated from Rollins College with a Bachelor’s in Business Management & Economics and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University.
